Coleman & Horowitt, LLP was established in 1994 by William H. Coleman and Darryl J. Horowitt, both former partners of Lerrigo, Nibler, Berryman, Coleman & Bennett, to provide quality, responsive, and cost effective legal representation to individuals and businesses.

The firm consists of two departments: litigation and transactions (corporate, business, transactions, estate planning and probate). By concentrating our practice in these areas, members of the firm have become exceptionally proficient in dealing with all phases of preventive law, litigation, alternative dispute resolution and the negotiation and preparation of documentation to meet the needs of today's businesses.

The firm's office is in the City of Fresno, located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. From Fresno, the firm provides its clients with representation not only in the counties located within the Central Valley (Fresno, Tulare, Kings, Kern, Madera, Merced, Inyo, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Sacramento), but throughout northern California. The firm also has an office in Los Angeles (Century City), which allows the firm to represent clients throughout southern California.
