Experience

Ms. Anderson was admitted to practice in 1997. Ms. Anderson joined Coleman & Horowitt, LLP in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she was the managing attorney at the Law Offices of Bonnie J. Anderson and was associated with the Stockton firm of Geiger, Rudquist, Nuss, Coon & Keen, LLP, served as a Deputy District Attorney for Tulare County, and was associated with the Sacramento firm of LaFollette, Johnson, DeHaas, Fesler, Silberberg & Ames and the Modesto firm of Crabtree, Schmidt, Zeff & Jacobs. She is an associate in the firm's Fresno office.

Ms. Anderson has conducted all phases of litigation in the areas of business, commercial and real estate litigation, from initial client contact to settlement, mediation, arbitration, jury trial and post trial matters including appeals. Ms. Anderson has provided representation to creditors and trustees in bankruptcy and creditor rights matters. Ms. Anderson has also assisted clients in business transactions including business formation, buy-sell agreements, real estate transactions, probate, wills, trusts and estate planning.
