Experience

Prior to joining Coleman & Horowitt, LLP in 1999, Ms. Noel practiced law with John Barker & Associates (as an alternative public defender) and accounting with the national accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP and the Fresno accounting firm of Baker, Peterson & Franklin.

Ms. Noel has tried several cases to verdict, both jury and non-jury, and has handled numerous administrative matters. As head of the firm's collections department, she has extensive experience in all facets of consumer and commercial collections, including pre-judgment and post judgment collection remedies.
