Mr. Jaenike is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Prior to joining Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, Mr. Jaenike served as Senior Manager of Legal Servicing for Fireside Bank, where he was responsible for supervision of the bank's auto collection department. Mr. Jaenike is a member of the firm's litigation department where he will represent clients in the field of creditor's rights and bankruptcy, commercial and consumer collections, banking, commercial, and real estate litigation.
