William H. Coleman recently assisted in several cases in two separate meditations. In each mediation, the parties were involved in a probate dispute amongst family members. Mr. Coleman, who is certified as a specialist in estate planning, probate, will and trusts and also trained as a mediator, assisted the parties in resolving the case without the need of trial. "Both Mr. Coleman and Darryl J. Horowitt serve as neutrals in meditations. Mr. Horowitt also serves as an arbitrator both privately and for FINRA."
