Darryl J. Horowitt, with the assistance of Helen E. Omapas (a New York licensed attorney and law clerk at the firm), recently assisted our client in the registration of several federal trademarks. Those trademarks included business operating names as well as names for high tech devices that are to be sold in Asia and the United States. Helen also assisted a firm client in a patent search and the firm is currently assisting a client in the evaluation of the transferability of numerous trademarks being purchased by our client in connection with our client's purchase of a business.
