Sheryl D. Noel, a partner in the firm of Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, has been elected President of Comprehensive Youth Services. Prior to becoming President, Ms. Noel served on Board of Directors, and continues to do so.
Comprehensive Youth Services is a non-profit corporation out-patient behavior health agency that provides quality mental health interventions and supportive services to underserved, at-risk and/or violence-exposed children, adolescents and families in Fresno County.
