We recently announced on this website the addition of Daniel S. Castro, a registered patent lawyer, to Coleman & Horowitt, LLP. We are now pleased to announce that Judith M. Sasaki and Russell W. Reynolds have joined the firm as Senior Counsel.
Judy will be resident in our Los Angeles office. She graduated from the University of Hawaii and received her law degree from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Judy was a partner of the Los Angeles firm Simke, Chodos & Sasaki. She was also associated with the national firm Proskauer.
Judy will work in the firm's litigation department, where she will continue to represent clients in complex commercial, employment, business, and entertainment litigation. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including state and federal court actions (jury and nonjury), arbitrations and mediation. Russ joins us from the Law Offices of Russell W. Reynolds in Fresno. He graduated from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo ("Cal Poly") and received his law degree from San Joaquin College of Law. He also previously served as in-house counsel with Valliwide Bank.
Russ will work in the firm's litigation department, where he will continue to represent creditors (banks, credit unions and finance companies) in all phases of creditor rights matters, including secured and unsecured collections and bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation, defense of consumer matters, and alternative dispute resolution.
