Biography
Daniel is a senior counsel with the firm. He was admitted to practice in 1983. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and received his law degree from California Western School of Law. He is a lifelong resident of Bakersfield, where he practiced with several firms including Klein, Wegis and Rudnick & Rudnick, and also served as general counsel for a private veterinary pharmaceutical corporation. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Rudnick has several business pursuits in the cattle, alternative energy, alternative fuel and food supplement industries. He works in both the litigation and transaction departments where he represents clients in business, commercial, real estate, IP and unfair competition litigation. Mr. Rudnick also assists clients in business and real estate transactions, including guiding new companies as they form, obtain financing and grow. He can be reached at [email protected].
