Coleman & Horowitt, LLP was established in 1994 by William H. Coleman and Darryl J. Horowitt to provide quality, responsive and cost-effective legal representation to individuals and businesses throughout the Central Valley and the state. The firm provides a wide range of services through two departments: litigation and corporate transactions and estate planning. By concentrating our practice in these areas, members of the firm have become exceptionally proficient in dealing with all phases of preventative law, litigation, alternative dispute resolution and the negotiation and preparation of documentation to meet the needs of today’s businesses.
